Sara’s results-driven and commercially-focused approach to coaching is derived from her extensive commercial experience working as an executive and senior leader and coach with a wide range of global, private and public sector organisations.
In a successful corporate career spanning 20 years, Sara held leadership and director positions in leading UK and global B2B companies across a wide range of industry sectors, including consulting, professional services, HR outsourcing, branding and communications, talent and human capital.
Sara is passionate about developing people and organisations. Throughout her career, a key element of Sara’s success has been coaching and developing leaders to drive revenue, business change and growth.
